Building homes isn’t just what I do—it’s what I’ve always loved. From fixing things around the house as a kid to completely renovating my own properties, construction has always been a part of me.
After graduating from Texas A&M with a degree in Economics, I started my career in IT. But I found myself spending more time on home projects and renovations than behind a computer screen. Eventually, I realized my true passion was building, creating, and bringing homes to life—so I quit my job and never looked back.
For the past 18 years, I’ve had the privilege of working on everything from home renovations to large-scale custom builds, ensuring that every project is done with integrity, craftsmanship, and attention to detail. Today, Covenant Construction focuses on custom homes, additions, and full-home renovations—helping families create spaces where they can grow and thrive.
Beyond work, my greatest joy is family. My wife and I have been married for 22 years, and we’re raising our four boys in Keller, TX. We’re active in our church, love the outdoors, and spend plenty of time hunting, fishing, and cheering on our kids in sports.

Kyle Frazier, our owner and operator, is a Fort Worth native with deep roots in the community. A proud graduate of Nolan Catholic High School and Texas A&M University, Kyle’s background in economics and extensive experience in both residential construction and commercial renovation have shaped the core values of our company. Frustrated by the lack of customer service in the industry, Kyle established Covenant Construction Services to set a new standard—one where clients are heard, respected, and delighted with the results.
